Docs 4 Teens & Docs 4 Kids
12-16 and 7-11 are two sections that offer adolescent and young viewers a new means of travel and a new prism to discover realities all around the planet that are nevertheless close to them, through an otherwise seemingly distant genre.
Each year, students from different schools around Barcelona and its surrounding towns fill the city’s theatres at matinee show times. The result is an entertaining, educational and interactive experience, where the students moreover have the opportunity to meet the directors and discuss their films.

What is it like to grow up as a child without your parents who love you? While the parents fought an underground battle against Pinochet, the children were left in custody in Cuba. The rupture was inevitable. Now, the children are asking for explanations. And the director is one of them.
