Antonio is 86 years old and lives alone. His is not a desired solitude. One day he suddenly found himself surrounded by absence, and ever since, he has had to learn to live in the sole company of his memories. Today, he paints in his studio, amid pictures, drawings and paintings. He also spends time watching old family films in Super 8. This documentary is a reflection of a very close reality, of paintings to be given, of small conversations, of walks, of meals and of days all alone. Of what life is like for someone who is truly on his own.
