Eria is 8 years old and lives at the school where he studies. When he can, he goes home to visit his family, who live in a hut far away from his boarding school. He has never been to the city. The child describes his vision of his homeland, Africa, and the everyday life that surrounds him: his family, his school and his friends. Together, the children talk about the things that most concern them, as well as the other issues that we have suggested. One day, Eria travels with his friends to Kampala, the capital of Uganda. While there, the children tell us about the city in their own way, comparing it with their own natural surroundings in the countryside.
