Manuela, Parliament’s Deputy and Daniela, activist, have spent the last ten years of their lives defending social causes, the feminist struggle, and questioning politics in their country, where the democratic system is becoming increasingly weaker. Both had the same dream: transforming Italy from the inside out.
The death of politics and the rise of populism in Italy in recent years is an obvious change that they wished they had never witnessed. Thanks to their friendship and their passion for politics, both women have made their daily lives a political action. Their peculiar humour and spontaneity convey their enthusiasm and hope for a change that can reverse the dark times Italy is experiencing.
